Important Information Affecting Your Checking Account:

Due to recent regulatory changes approved by the Federal Government, certain aspects of checking account administration will no longer be available without specific action by the account holder.

Effective on Aug. 15, 2010 the new regulation requires us to obtain your approval before we consider payment of your ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card purchases that may create an overdraft in your checking account. Currently, we provide this service to you as a part of our Overdraft services. A large part of our customers prefer having this service to avoid the embarrassment of having their debit card purchase denied at the pharmacy when filling a prescription, or in the grocery check out line, or even at a local restaurant when paying the bill.

There is no charge for this service unless you use it. To continue to receive the same level of service you must "Opt-In." There are several ways for you to complete the "Opt-In" form:

• Call us at 866-363-2585
• Stop by any office of First National Bank
• Mail in the form included in your bank statement
