New Town Madison Lender ~ Miranda Nichols
Introducing Miranda Nichols, our new Relationship Manager from our Town Madison Office. We’re excited to have Miranda join First National Bank, where she will focus on fostering growth by offering our bank’s products and services to the community. She’ll also have the opportunity of enhancing our brand through active community outreach.
Miranda began her banking career in 2001, gaining experience across nearly every aspect of branch banking. Her previous roles have included teller, relationship banker, and branch manager. Most of her banking career was spent in the Decatur market, and then later in Hampton Cove area. These roles provided her with a comprehensive understanding of daily bank operations, from cash handling and human resources to team coaching and client lending.
In 2013, she took a 10-year hiatus from banking to join the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation as their bookkeeper and a member of the special events team. This position allowed her to apply her banking expertise to financial balancing and reporting, while also leveraging her marketing degree to plan and execute philanthropic special events.
Originally from Prospect, Tennessee, in Giles County, she graduated from Giles County High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Alabama. She now resides in Madison, Alabama, with her husband Ed and stepdaughter Meredith. She enjoys spending time with her family and actively supporting her local community.
In her free time, she is proud to support and participate in several community organizations. She serves as a board member of the Rosé Society, a member of the Emerald Society of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, and an ambassador for the Madison Chamber of Commerce.
